Day 01: Arrive in Paro, Bhutan – Drive to Thimpu (55 kms / 1 hour drive): Sightseeing. LD

Day 02: Sightseeing in Thimpu: Visit attractions of Thimpu. BLD

Day 03: Thimphu - Punakha (70 kms / 3 hours): Visit Punakha Dzong and Temple of Divine Madman. BLD

Day 04: Punakha - Paro (125 kms / 5 hours):  Return to Paro. BLD

Day 05: Paro: Visit Kyichu Lhakhang, National Museum,Rinpung Dzong. BLD

Day 06: Paro: Rise early to make the hike to the magnificent Tiger’s Nest Monastery. BLD

Day 07: Fly to Kathmandu / Pick up at airport, transfer to Hotel. D

Day 01 Arrive in Paro, Bhutan – Drive to Thimpu (55 kms / 1 hour): Upon arrival at International Airport in Paro, our representative will receive and escort you to hotel. Then drive to Thimphu, the world’s smallest capital city, to settle into your hotel. Relax, enjoy lunch and afterward explore the city. Visit the National Memorial Chorten, a monument to world peace and prosperity. The finely executed wall paintings and delicately constructed statues within the monument provide a deep insight into Buddhist philosophy. Travel to Tashichhodzong, home to Bhutan’s royal government. Meal: LD

Day 02 Sightseeing in Thimpu: Visit Buddha Park on a hilltop to see the biggest statue of Buddha in the world. The view of Thimpu valley from the park is just amazing. Then visit Textile museum, Painting school, Folk Heritage Museum and National Library which give you an insight of Bhutanese culture, tradition and arts. Meal: BLD

Day 03 Thimphu - Punakha (70 kms / 3 hours): Today, make your way to Punakha, the old capital of Bhutan, enjoying the views from Dochu La Pass over 10,000 feet. There are many historic sites to explore in Punakha, including the island fortress Punakha Dzong and the Chime Lhakhang also known as the Temple of the Divine Madman, a uniquely-adorned 15th century temple said to bless visiting couples with fertility. Overnight in Punakha. Meal: BLD

Day 04 Punakha - Paro (125 kms / 5 hours):  Return to Paro by road. Stop at Thimpu for lunch, and then continue drive to Paro. On the way to Paro, stop at 15 century Iron Bridge built by  Thangtong Gyalpo (1385-1464) -  a great yogi, physician, blacksmith, architect, and a pioneering civil engineer. He is said to have built many iron chain suspension bridges around Tibet and Bhutan, several of which are still in use today. Meal: BLD

Day 05 In Paro: Visit Kyichu Lhakhang - an important Himalayan Buddhist temple dates back to 7th century. Then visit National Museum of Bhutan which display the Bhutanese way of life, art, artifacts and natural history. Followed by Rinpung Dzong, a fortress-monastery overlooking the Paro valley has a long history. Built on 1644 by Ngawang Namgyal, the fortress-monastery served as an effective defense against numerous invasion attempts by the Tibetans. Walk down to Downtown Paro, explore the town after lunch. Meal: BLD

Day 06 In Paro: Rise early to make the hike to the magnificent Tiger’s Nest Monastery. The hike is about two miles and takes about 3 hours to reach the picturesque Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest) Monastery that clings to a cliff 3,000 feet above the valley floor. Tiger’s Nest is a sacred pilgrimage site, where the great tantric mystic Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava) is believed to have flown on the back of the tiger to bring the teachings of the Buddhist Dharma to Bhutan. Meal: BLD

Day 07 Fly to Kathmandu: Pick up at airport, transfer to Hotel. Meal: D

Day 08: Sightseeing in Kathmandu: The rich tapestry of the cultural heritage of Nepal is synthesized in Kathmandu Valley, representing elegant architecture, refined culture, colorful bazaars and simple hospitable people.
Visit the Soyambhunath stupa on a hillock over looking Kathmandu valley. Well known as ‘Monkey Temple’ the golden spire crowning, Soyambhunath is the most ancient and mystical of all the holy shrines in Kathmandu valley. Then visit Patan - the first city of Nepal. The ancient name of Patan is Lalitpur, meaning city of beauty. The city is believed to be the first settlement in the Valley and famous for its amazing collection of fantastically carved temples and palace courtyards. You can also visit Nepali Handicraft Shop in Patan Industrial Zone for authentic Nepali souvenirs. Late afternoon, you’ll visit Boudhanath, possibly the world’s largest Buddhist stupa and a site of great veneration and Tibetan cultural. Visit Tibetan monastery and painting school. Meal: B

Day 09 Fly to Pokhara: Today you will take a beautiful flight to Pokhara - the city of tranquil lakes, natural beauty and superb scenery. The rare combinations of snow clad peaks and snow fed lakes and rivers have helped to make the valley of Pokhara one of the most picturesque and natural attractions in the country. Situated on the foothills of the magnificent, Mt. Macchapuchre, Pokhara valley (900m) is an enchanting city. Visit International Mountain Museum in the afternoon. Meal: B

Day 10 Hiking in Pokhara: Take a short drive to Naudanda in the morning for outstanding panoramic views of Himalaya. Hike Naudada – Kaskikot – Naudanda. It is about 3 hours’ short and pleasant hike which offers superb views and glimpses of village life. If you do not want to hike, just enjoy the views from Naudanda. Free afternoon to explore colorful lakeside on your own. Meal: BL

Day 11 Drive to Chitwan National Park: Early morning, after breakfast you will leave for Chitwan National Park. It is about four and half hours beautiful drive through scenic Trisuli gorge and flat fertile land of Tarai in southern Nepal.
You will stay two nights at Chitwan village at the border of Chitwan National Park. This two days Chitwan package provides different jungle activities such as jungle safari, boat ride, jungle walk, bird watching, tribal dance program, visiting tribal Tharu village etc. The activities will be in group. Meals: BLD

Day 12 In Chitwan: Jungle activities. Meals: BLD

Day 13 Drive to Kathmandu: 5 hours scenic drive. Meal: BD

Day 14 Depart from Kathmandu: Transfer to airport for onward journey. Meal: B
