We have been operating tailor-made student travel abroad programs according to schools’ interest and time frame. Brief Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu: Pick up at airport, transfer to Hotel.

Day 02: Guided sightseeing in Kathmandu

Day 03: Community work in Kathmandu

Day 4: Drive to Pokhara / rafting on Trisuli River (optional)

Day 5: In Pokhara: Optional paragliding, visit mountain museum                      

Day 6: Drive to Baskot, trek to Dhampus (1600m) / 4 hours

Day 7: Trek to Landruk (1590m) / 5 ½ hours

Day 8: Trek to Ghandruk (1940m) / 4 hours

Day 9: Trek to Nayapool (1070m)/ drive to Pokhara / 4 hours trek / 1 ½ hours trek

Day 10: Drive to Tansen (1350m) / 3 ½ hours’ drive

Day 11: Drive to Lumbini

Day 12: Drive to Chitwan National Park

Day 13: Jungle activities

Day 14: Return to Kathmandu: farewell dinner

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu:
Upon arrival at International Airport in Kathmandu, our representative will receive and escort you to hotel.

Day 02: Guided sightseeing in Kathmandu: 
The rich tapestry of the cultural heritage of Nepal is synthesized in Kathmandu Valley, representing elegant architecture, refined culture, colorful bazaars and simple hospitable people. Today you will visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites – Soyambhunath (monkey temple), Patan Durbar Square and Boudhanath.

Visit the Soyambhunath stupa on a hillock over looking Kathmandu valley. Well known as ‘Monkey Temple’ the golden spire crowning, Soyambhunath is the most ancient and mystical of all the holy shrines in Kathmandu valley. Then visit Patan - the first city of Nepal. The ancient name of Patan is Lalitpur, meaning city of beauty. The city is believed to be the first settlement in the Valley and famous for its amazing collection of fantastically carved temples and palace courtyards. You can also visit Nepali Handicraft Shop in Patan Industrial Zone for authentic Nepali souvenirs. Late afternoon, you’ll visit Boudhanath, possibly the world’s largest Buddhist stupa and a site of great veneration and Tibetan cultural. Visit Tibetan monastery and painting school.

Day 03: Community work in Kathmandu: Today you will visit a school in Kathmandu, where you will gain insight into the immense difference between facilities that is taken for granted in developed countries and the minimal facilities available in developing countries. You will interact with student, teachers and do some volunteer works such as painting, cleaning etc.

Day 4: Drive to Pokhara / rafting on Trisuli River:
It is a 6 hours’ scenic drive to Pokhara. After leaving Kathmandu valley, the road follows the Trisuli River passing beautiful highway towns. Stop at Trisuli River for rafting. After rafting and lunch at riverside, take a beautiful drive towards Pokhara. Nestled beneath the snow-crested Annapurna Massif, the lush Pokhara Valley has quietly won the hearts of travelers from around the world. The lush natural beauty of Pokhara contrasts with Mountain View of epic proportions.

Day 5: In Pokhara:
Today you will have option of paragliding in the morning. You can book it in advance or decide and book one day advance. Your guide will help you booking. There will be visiting International Mountain Museum and boating on Fewa lake.

Day 6: Drive to Baskot / trek to Dhampus (1750):
Take a short drive to Baskot, and then trek to Dhampus passing beautiful villages with breathtaking views. The trek begins with climbing stone staircase about 1 ½ hours. Then walk through terraced fields and ridges of Dhampus with spectacular views of Himalayas in the north and beautiful valleys in the south. In about 4 hours’ medium pace walk, you will reach at beautiful village of Dhampus. Situated at a ridge with breathtaking views of the Himalayas, Dhampus is a beautiful village with stone houses. Overnight at local lodge.  

Day 7: Trek to Landruk (1590m) / 5 ½ hours:
Today we walk through rhododendron, pine and fir forests and terraces fields to Landruk. We pass by the beautiful villages of Pothana, Deurali on a ridge top, Bheri Kharka and Bhichok. We stop at Tolka, a beautiful Gurung village for Lunch. Landruk is a picturesque Gurung village with an outstanding view of Machhapuchre (Fishtail). Overnight at local lodge. 

Day 8: Trek to Ghandruk (1940m) / 4 hours:
From Landruk, the trail descends through beautiful terraced fields of rice, wheat and millet to Modi River – snow melted river from Annapurna glacier. After crossing a suspension bridge on river, the trail ascends steeply through cultivated fields to Ghandruk village. Ghandruk is one of the most beautiful and second-largest Gurung village of Nepal with a confusing cluster of closely spaced, slate-roofed houses. Ghandruk is the home of world famous Gorkha soldiers. Almost every second house has a retired or working Gorkha soldier. Overnight at local lodge. 

Day 9: Trek to Nayapool (1070m)/ drive to Pokhara / 4 hours trek / 1 ½ hours trek:
It is a pleasant trek with downhill and level walk through picturesque villages and fields. After lunch, we take a short drive to Pokhara.

Day 10: Drive to Tansen (1350m) / 3 ½ hours’ drive:
Tansen is a small ancient hill town that falls on the way from Pokhra to Lumbini. The place is famous for its cultural heritage and traditions. This all-weather destination in Nepal offers some excellent mountain views.  Tansen is also famous for its Caps and other handloom items. The Newars are the people who painstakingly enriched the architecture and culture of Tansen, and this very fact can be witnessed even today.

Day 11: Drive to Lumbini:
After check in hotel and lunch, you will visit Maya Devi Temple where Buddha was born, Asoka pillar and monasteries.

Lumbini is a most famous Buddhist pilgrimage site listed in UNESCO world heritage site. It is the place where Queen Mayadevi had given birth to Siddhartha Gautama, who in turn, as the Gautama Buddha, gave birth to the Buddhist tradition. The Buddha lived between 563 and 483 BCE. A visit to Lumbini provide an opportunity to know the importance of love, compassion and non-violence.

Day 12: Drive to Chitwan National Park:
Early morning, after breakfast you will leave for Chitwan National Park. It is about four and half hours beautiful drive through scenic Trisuli gorge and flat fertile land of Tarai in southern Nepal.

You will stay two nights at Chitwan village at the border of Chitwan National Park. This two days Chitwan package provides different jungle activities such as boat ride, jungle walk, bird watching, tribal dance program, visiting tribal Tharu village etc. The activities will be in group.

Day 13: Jungle activities

Day 14: Return to Kathmandu: farewell dinner

Day 15: Depart from Kathmandu: Transfer to airport
